This Weekend in Racing
There is a nice variety of races to choose from this weekend:
Saturday, April 25th:
- Run for the Wild 5K is happening at the Bronx Zoo. This untimed, non-competitive run includes Bronx Zoo admission and a free Congo Gorilla Forest ticket.
Sunday, April 26th:
- Lincoln Tunnel Challenge 5K is starting and finishing on the New Jersey side of the Lincoln Tunnel. There is a free shuttle bus from Manhattan.
- Sweet ‘n Low-Rockaway Rotary Ocean Run 5K also includes a quarter mile kids race.
- Alley Pond Park 5 Mile Challenge is taking place in Queens Village.
- American Fertility Association and East Coast Fertility Run/Walk for Infertility is a 5K at Jones Beach.
- RMHA “Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies” 5K Run/Walk in Van Cortlandt Park.
