There are a few running events taking place this weekend:

• Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Central Park is the 7th Annual Miles for Moms Run / Walk, a 4-miler benefiting cancer research.
• Sunday at 9:00 a.m. at JFK airport is the 25th Annual JFK Runway Run. If you’re looking for a 5K with a flat course, it probably doesn’t get much flatter than this.
• Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in Central Park is the adidas Run for the Parks 4M, a New York Road Runners race which benefits City Parks Foundation.

The weather outlook is great for both Saturday and Sunday.
