New Yorker Anthony Famiglietti finished first in the 2007 USA Men's 8K Championship this morning with a time of 22:35 with Abdi Abdirahman following close behind with a time of 22:41. Click the image to the right to see photos from the race. NYRR has posted results from the race. 
Although the race was changed to an unscored fun run, there was a good showing this morning at the NYRR 8000. Runners reported very icy conditions along the cource. One runner said that there was "solid ice" all along Cat Hill on the East Drive.
